Standard bank number 1 worse bank

Must be the worse bank ever. Been having issues for the pass 2 years. But still stayed with Standard Bank. Today I wanted to purchase an item of R15 000.00. At the shop the card declined, limit exceeded. I checked on my app my limit is more than that. I phoned and after holding for 30minutes, the Standard Bank consultant informed me, my limit might be whatever but only accept card payments of up to R10 000.00. When asked what I must do she said I will have to got to an ATM to withdraw the balance. Really.....anyway off to the ATM and the maximum I could get was R5000.00. I left the store embarrassed and without the item. Half day and petrol wasted. Again ease remove your logo of simpler, better, faster. Standard Bank has been nothing but a disappointment. I will be changing banks, it's my responsibility to ensure I have money to make purchases. Now Standard Bank decide how I must spend. Pathetic!!
