standard bank not worthy as service provider

I have been a client with std bank for years and I recently had an accident and I apl**** for disability cover for my credit card, I called the company to make sure its valid then put my claim through. I sent all the documents that they requiered , it then said that my account would be paid off and I'll be able to use my account with 30 days. But so far all iv been receiving is calls from lawyers and I hv the names of all the employees that have given me wrong information and I'm going to publically put standard bank in the media for treating a long time client like this . I'm hv been in an accident and do nt hv the money keep getn doctors and runningg to hospitals for notes I am gonna publicize this.
