Standard bank not willing to assist!

I have a cheque account with standard bank which is overdrawn due to unauthorized ********** debit orders that standard bank was not willing to help me with instead I was told to continue reversing yet was charged for this. A deposit from my medical aid was made into my cheque account now standard bank refuses to refund me so that i can pay the Doctor, this means that I must use my Doctors money to pay for charges incurred from unauthorized debit orders that standard bank failed to assist me with. Yet they call me every day requesting more money that needs to be paid to settle that account, why are they not assisting me with my request of refunding the money and clearing the unauthorized debit order charges first and then I will settle whatever is left. Also standard bank **** about closing this account yet they had advised that they have closed it. Standard bank fix this I want that refund as those funds are due to a Doctor for my surgery! i made this urgent request in April we are heading to June and my request is being completely ignored.
