Standard Bank: Not the bank for help during COVID
Standard bank - not the bank to assist you during the difficult time. And when asked for the complaint number they ignore you. How is this good service? We have been batteling to try and get assistance for my elderly grandmother that was in ICU and is currently in a Rehab center. If this is Standard Banks Standard I would be ashamed to be one of their employees.
