Standard Bank not solving my problem

Money was taken out of my c/c during a period of 4 months. I reported this to the bank last year September 2014 firstly in Melville Jo'Burg and again at Clearwater branch. After many emails and trips to the bank, I am still no further in resolving this. When I go into the bank all I get is promises that this will be resolved and I am still waiting. I have lots and lots of emails to proof that nothing has been sorted out in 14 months. Yes every month I have to pay them, but they take your money and never give it back.
