Standard bank not solving a simple problem

I've called and were put through to many people and holding forever to get assistance. I'm receiving another customer's smses. Salary, debit orders, place of employment shows, vehicle installments.... No one at the given nr on the sms ***, could assist. Jabulani Cambaco were clueless of how to log the complaint, again tried to transfer me to the complaints department. While holding there were option to choose. I kept on pressing the option I need but was in a loop. The options just keep on repeating. No Standard bank! Why can you not solve a simple problem?
