Standard bank - not so standard at all

My latest contact with an incorrect payment made into my account by a branch manager in Parow was amazing. Standard bank should definitely have more people like this in their employment. Thus resulted in a cascading effect of brilliant service one after the other all my issues was resolved by the Prestige Banking Manager Angelique and my amazing new banker Lolo.....

Bad experiences with previous no service had me almost changing banks but thanks to these 3 ladies, I am going to stay with a bank that really cares for the clients.
