Standard bank not so standard

Every month on the 27th i pay my credit card. I paid the EFT on 27 June 2018 and today 04/07/2018 the payment is still not reflecting! Now i get smses saying that i am in arrears with my payment! Standard bank sort out your issues and my account! If i get blacklisted or have ANY reflection of this on my credit record then i will take this matter further!
