Standard Bank not serious about service delivery
Standard Bank does not care 2 hoots about their customers or customer service. I wrote a report a month ago about my homeloan been incorrectly registered and my details not updated on their system. After 9 automated replies to the initial report, I have still not received any feedback from them. They promise to call but never do. Please DO NOT bank with Std bank, their service deliver is pathetic just like their call center agents. If you did call me, please give me recordings of the call. Both cases have been closed and no response..
