Standard Bank not returning my money

I sold my house in the beginning of March and Nilands made the bond cancellation payment of over 85K more than the outstanding bond amount. The day the bond was cancelled, another debit went off my account. I asked to see a statement and only payment of the outstanding capital shows, not the amount of over 85K that was paid in surplus. Additionally, bank statement provided showed bond debits only until the 12th Feb, not the debit that appeard on my current account statement that came off on the 13th March.<br> This is theft as far as I am concerned and I would like a breakdown of what happened to the 85K extra paid to settle the account and any refund due. I would also like the bond payment that Standard Bank took off refunded asap. My bond account number was *** and the account into which the payment was made was ACB Code 004255.<br> Please can someone sort out these 2 matters for me asap before I have to approach the Ombudsman for help.<br> The 2 matters are (1) Overpayment of bond cancellation fee of around 85K not accounted for (2) bond debit after bond cancelled not refunded. I am in the UK and can only be contact by email - attempts to mail CSAdminHLJHB have been fruitless!
