Standard Bank not releasing SARS money

I received money from SARS on 11 July and they froze it until now. I went to their branch in Birch Acres Mall and went to sars as they didn't want to relaease the money and gave them all required documents. I have been going back and forth to the branch and they do not release the money even after SARS have confirmed that the money comes from them. I have been to the branch more than 6 times , called the call centre but they are not releasing the money and they keep telling me they are busy with it. I fail to understand them holding my money for almost 6 months for no reason. I need assistance
