Standard bank not refunding me for double payment

We cancelled our insurance with Standard Home Loans in 2017. It wasn't cancelled, and we paid every month. We followed up.

Although the policy has been cancelled, I was meant to have had a refund for payments over the last three years.

The two consultants: *** and *** have been reminded for months about refunding but have done nothing.
