Standard Bank not recommended

1) For nearly 4 years now I am trying to request Standard Bank to change my e-mail address. Every time I visit a branch, it it still the old e-mail address. 2) Before my salary gets paid into my bank account, interest is charged on my accounts. This result exceeding my over draft limit! Before my salary gets paid into my account, an installment of a loan is deducted from my account. Every time I do an enquiry, the story differs!
