Standard Bank... Not helpful

Standard Bank don't care. I went into the branch to change my phone number. It is already a hassle coz there are less branches. The consultant changed my number on the system. I remember asking will I be able to go on the app now. They said yes. I called the call center now because it so happened that it still asking for the old number. The consultant at the call center asked if I went to the branch... Well duh... Then continued to tell me I'm supposed to complete some form for the otp... Now I'm supposed to go back to the branch. Well which of the 3 branches am supposed to go to in our area.... Not happy... Mxm
