Standard bank not giving me my money

I have been trying to withdraw funds from my money market account that I have had for the last 12 years. I went into the branch to get this done on the 14th of February and there is usually a 48 hour waiting period. As of today the 22nd of February I still haven't received my money. I have contacted the bank twice and answered all of the questions they have to confirm that it is indeed my account but still nothing. I urgently need MY money and they are just not delivering what they promised. I am very disappointed with the service I have received.
