Standard bank promises all kinds of profesionalism and caring staff that are capable and empathetic to assist when a loved one has passed . On the contrary the only boxes they have checked is the same email sent back to me every time i enquire sorry for the delay Silma Hamdulay wil be in contact with you soon its been almost a month 5 emails from me and zero response from their side the only promt email i recieved was a computer generated sorry for your loss bull**** blue picture do your god damn jobs people dont promise a servive thst you obviously cant deliver
