Standard Bank not closing account

<p>I have been trying to get my Standard Bank Account closed for the past few months now and it still has not been completed. I spoke to a counsultant over the phone as well as went into the Umhlanga Branch. As this account sits open with no money going into it- as I have switched over to FNB- , I am accumulating more and more debt in bank charges bouncing back. This is also giving me a negative credit rating. I want this to be sorted out, and for the account to be closed, as it should have been months ago. </p>
