Standard Bank not calling the guidance children when Will is been handed

In February 2020 the father of my son died and he worked at Standard Bank he also had a Will with them and them came to read that but as parents of children we were never consulted, I believe that we must must be there as guardian of our children . We been calling Standard Bank , send emails. The other parent even went straight to their office she was sent from this office to another but no help another lady even told her that the deceased mother told them not to give us, Will found out the ladies name. Since 2020 till now we don’t know what was written in the Will , if our children receive what was written or not! I’ll be glad to get hold of it. Even Godfrey.Matlhoko at Standard Bank Carlton centre branch was a financial advisor of wisdom Mosesenyane mother Betty he promised to email it to me but after a week calling to remind him he never answered my calls anymore. Please help
