Standard Bank not able to assist with their own "bad debts" hand over

I am currently busy with a business application with Standard Bank since October 2020. My application was declined for the reason that I had a credit card with Standard Bank which was handed over to DMC attorneys for non-payment. Up until this point I was not even aware that I had any unresolved issues or outstanding cards with Standard Bank as I check my credit score on a monthly basis. Standard Bank said on their OWN system they can’t see any information for an amount due, or when they tried to contact me, nothing! So I myself had to phone DMC to get this information, after numerous attempts to contact them I finally was able to get hold of someone who then just said also on their side there is NO information! DMC ended up giving me a Prescribed letter for Standard bank stating there is not insufficient information. Standard bank received this letter but STILL declined me because they need a paid up letter! AGAIN I made contact with DMC and asked them is there any way I can get a paid up letter for the bank. The lady informed me that only way to receive a paid up letter is for me to pay, and seeing that there is no information and that the “account” has been closed and handle it is not possible to “pay”. This morning I phoned Standard Bank’s Legal department and spoke to a very unfriendly, unhelpful Thulani. After about 20min of me explaining my whole predicament and all the calls, emails ect, he just gave me the same answers……. They have no information on their side, DMC will have all the information. Can someone please assist me to resolve this matter? I have a business account with Standard Bank for more than 3 years now and after all this time they are just not willing to help me resolve this issue. Again this is an INTERNAL Standard Bank Issue as my ITC reports shows nothing! If I can’t resolve this matter I am strongly considering moving my business account.
