Standard Bank not a Good bank to Deal with

I'm still disappointed with Standard bank,and I will never do business with them again,my car was Paid off last year September 2020,now I am having problems getting my vehicle documentation,I was promised by Consultant at Standard bank that I would receive my Documents by February 2020 and when I call them I'm being told that They can't send me my Documents as they are held in Legal Dept of Standard bank,I honestly fail to understand why they can't give me my Documents as they have sent me a Paid up letter and no one is explaining to me why my documents are being held by Standard bank,this is the 2nd time I'm having problems wit Standard bank I'm really not impressed, I would nt recommend the bank to anyone as I believe that they do not care about their customers honestly.
