Standard Bank Northgate Does Not Cater for Single Parents

Standard bank Northgate turned me away because my 1 year old wouldn't wear a mask. I have no one to look after her... I just wanted to collect my new card... But they refused to courier it to me. People need to start catering for single parents in lockdown. This is ridiculous!
