Standard Bank no TCF
Poor, disgusting service. VAF has been promising me a refund as I over paid on my vehicle loan and they have been giving me the run around for the past 10 days and everytime I call they say it will be in my account in 24 hours. This is the reason I stopped banking with Stdbnk because they have no idea what TCF. I never gave them problems with my payments but now it must be a cyclone situation for me to get assistance? Gross!! I just need to know how to get to the Ombudsman
