Standard Bank no show

I requested a prescription letter from standard bank in November of 2019 and was referred to a company called Lynn and Main Attorneys, now the company tells me that in order to give me the letter standard bank has to give the approval and information and standard bank is not responding to their emails, can Standard bank please get back to me and explain why they are not giving approval for my letter.
