Standard bank no show

I have been trying to get hold of standard bank for the past 2 months and they are always sending me from pillar to post, I have spoken to several people over the phone from the customer service and I am given an email that i should send (***) and there never is a response to my query.

I need a prescription letter and have been advised by NCR to request it as the account has been dormant for more than 5 years. Can i please get assistance or some one to call me and at least speak to me. This is really frustrating.
