Standard Bank No Response to previews review

Hi,

since post on Hellopeter and reply "promise by Standard Bank" to be contacted at 15h33 on March 6, nothing happened! It is now 10h15 on March 7, yet another day of my Leave I am sitting at home awaiting some contact from Standard Bank Complaints resolutions Consultants! Maybe they have lost my contact details....Claim nr: 18/016519, cell nr ********** . As I have followed Hellopeter recommendation to first give Company chance to respond, is it now appropriate to contact the Ombudsman?

The following is an extract from my email sent to Standard Bank Complaints resolutions department after only PROMISES on FEEDBACK but ACTION! Hi, What is happening? I am really running out of patience on empty PROMISES from ALL Standard Bank Staff. Even since my first post on Hello Peter NOTHING but Promises!!! By 13h00, the original call to log my claim will be 14 days old. This will now force me to seek Legal Council – will not even waste time with Ombudsman. Let me know as Standard Bank is the FSP who recommended their own product, Standard Bank Home Insurance, Standard Bank is my BANKER suppose to protect my and the Bank’s asset, (The Property) and it is Standard Bank Insurance lack of dealing with the claim letting everyone down. The Complaints department has appointed 2 members to resolve the issue and All I am getting is excuses and no replies. The Superior of the Claims department is obviously too busy to Act on their own colleagues call to resolve the claim.
