Standard Bank no response!!!!

We have a homeloan and insurance with Standard Bank. I have been waiting almost 2 months for our claims history, that I can only request via email. I have sent 5 emails requesting this. I also asked for our house plan, no response. I want to join a new insurance as Standard Bank is utterly disappointing but I need to get the claims history. Please can someone URGENTLY ASSIST?
