Standard Bank - NO LEADING BRAND - VERY POOR SYSTEMS

After several months we have tried to change our debit order date with Standardbank and they keep on failing to do so. Their failure resulted in a missed payment and after several attempts they still cant change a simple debit order date. A "Leading brand in Banking" with such failure to change a debit order, which resulted my name and credit score to be negatively impacted due to their failure. How can you even trust them with investments if they cant even change a simple debit order date. This is a disgrace for such a "Leading Brand", "Leading Brand" - NOT AT ALL
