Standard Bank - No answer , always holding!
I have been calling the Standard Bank home loan department for a couple of days and my call never gets answered. I have hung up after 10 min holding each time. I have a home loan with Standard Bank , and I have not received one statement thus far via post or email. I also need to enquire about home insurance on my home loan. I need to know if there is insurance on my home loan? And if yes what is on file with standard bank? Can someone please give me a call asap. As this is a daily struggle trying to get through to Standard Bank in general.
