standard bank - no action as per usual!!!

lodged a complaint on the 18th feb 2022 - they did respond on the 21st feb - 'they will look into the matter and revert to me ASAP - from standard bank help centre. well it is the 13th of march and no action ( sort of did expect this anyway, but I am not giving up)
