I am currently standing in the queue for home affaires, my appointment was for today at 9. There is currently now sight of an official or no acknowledgement of any staff member as to why we still just standing here. What is the point of online application, we have been here since 7 this morning. I mean why pilot something with DHA when no one is able to assist or acknowledge us standing here. Bad bad bad service for such a professional institution.
