STANDARD BANK NEWMARKER ALBERTON SUCKS!!!!

I must say with utter discuss, that it is the worst branch to visit. You stand a hour and a half in the que outside in the heat, with a mask on. Then inside you wait another hour. This just to get a card replacement. How can Standard Bank think just 1 branch can serve 2 towns. Then above all the bad serve it gives it is the most smallest branch to serve 2 towns. It is most disturbing to think that Standard bank think it customer's must except this kind of behavior from Standard Bank.
