Standard bank new market mall alberton...what a dump!!!

Its been a whole week trying to get a replacement caard from standard bank new market mall, yho yho as an ex banker i have never seen such a mess, long que i dont know whether we are at SASSA OR STANDARD BANK, 4 consulting personnel. Planning is poor in this que the are 7 people to collect cards and that quicker that all other inquires, out of 4 consultants use 1 to move the cards which doesn't take long. And the dress code in this branch my word if it wasnt for the mask with the standard bank logo, i swear i almost didn't answer. The one guy is dressed like his going to a party hanging jeans and dirty sneakers, the one with dreadlocks standard bank shirt formal pants and sneakers.

Sense of fashion the pits, can our monies be respected please........and the service non existant....and is the security guard assiting us at the atm, and asking us what are we here to do.......is he fica compliant or fais accredited.
