Standard Bank NEVER keeps their promises
Why say we office insurance, with home loans when it was never offered. I purchased my house a few years ago. I request protection plan for my house, I never received a copy of my contract, after many attempted i have recived it. Just to discover that the policy i requeat them to add was never added. How Standard Bank? That was a breach of promises. Very disappointed. When I needed it the most.
