Standard Bank never honoured their promise!!!!

I received a letter from Standard Banks lawyers - We confirm that we received payment in the amount of R41460.22 as an 80% settlement in respect of the abovementioned account which has been accepted by our client. I then proceeded to pay the outstanding amount. It is now 3 months later and my account with Standard Bank is still open and saying I owe Standard Bank R10 000,00 . I would like to expose this **** !!!!!
