STANDARD BANK NEVER CEASES TO DELIVER ON ABHORRENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Settled 2 loans 10 months ago, but listed as unpaid defaults on my credit profile. Have only received one paid up letter. After numerous calls still no resolution. Next step reporting to NCR. Now the third instance of bad service from Standard bank. Glad I migrated to another bank.
