Standard Bank needs to get its act together

Standard Bank needs to get its act together. First they make a mistake with my student loan and want me to start paying the loan back eventhough I am only going into final year this year (I have notified them of this) and when I come to rectify the situation there are bearly any people to help with huge ques. It's been 2 hours at the bank to rectify a mistake that the BANK has made!
