Standard bank must just close their service is very poor

Standard bank service is very poor even when you go to the branch for help you can sit there for 2 hours and still don't get help. My account was blocked without being informed I called them they said they don't know who blocked the account they gave me an email where I should ask who blocked the account its been more that a week now no 1 is responding to my email it means they just want to chow my money that's all because they are still charging my account while I'm not even using it
