Standard Bank must do better for the small guys

Can someone please help me? I have a business account with standard bank under Afro Brand Design and Advertising (Pty) Ltd since July 2016 and It was busy the whole time and unfortunately due to last year’s lockdown the business collapsed and I didn’t have any source of income and I unfortunately found out that the account was closed as I just received some orders from the government and SEDA at the same time. I quickly ran to the branch to get advice on what to do to rectify the situation. A consultant checked my account and told me that I will need to pay the written of amount off about R2300. Fortunately I had proof of the money that was going to come and it helped me secure a loan for the R2300 so that I can be able to pay what standard bank was asking for so that the account can be activated. A day later I got a call from a lady by the name of Bernice telling me my bank account can’t be activated as it was closed for more than 2 months etc. and I doubt that was the fact because I started visiting the branch on the 27th of Jan, then I told her my predicament and told her I did all what was asked of me and she said she will call me back. The following day as I decided to give up on standard bank and went to FNB because it seemed like standard bank didn’t care about my small business so it is best to take it to someone else although it was not the best solution because I really needed to use the same bank account number because invoice had already been captured and waiting to disperse with the same account number. Bernice called me the same day saying she has good news for me and that my account will be activated without a fuss and that was indeed great news and then there was no communication after that. Then again I called them as I was getting frustrated and then she changed her story saying some documents were not submitted, the same documents I submitted at the branch and the account can’t be activated. I personally referred people to Standard bank when they wanted to open Business accounts and I thought there were less hustles to open one but clearly I was mistaken.
