Standard Bank - Moving you backwards!!!!!!!

So disappointed in Standard Bank. My husband has been banking with Standard Bank for ages, first time ever he goes into the branch and applies for a loan and they decline the loan. The bank preaches about keeping your account clean so you can build up a credit rating in the bank for emergencies and then they decline to help their customers. There is not even 1 rejected debit order on that account in its history. Salary gets paid into that account every month on the same day. In times of emergency you cannot even get assistance from the bank that you bank with (application was to pay emergency medical bills). Thanks ALOT Standard Bank, I am disgusted and appalled at your service. I have always recommended Standard Bank to everyone, I will now tell every person I know and meet how shocking and pathetic you are!!!!!!!!! Sad part is the Branch Staff try to be so helpful and its ruined!!!
