Standard Bank Moving Me Backward

<p>I'm past the stage of dissapointed,angry and frustrated. I've been banking with Standard Bank for 12 years and have prestige banking for a couple of years now. I really think now is the time to move on and i wasted 12years of my time. This is now the third time that i'm managed to negoiate a good deal on a house price below market value only to be dissapointed at the bank. Firstly i'm told to do all the things to improve my profile and i've done all that and now i'm told that i'm a high risk yet i'm offered credit and products on a regular basis. Secondly i know of a couple people that were granted 100% homeloans even thou they with a higher risk and only been a prestige banking for a short while. I can get a better rate a different bank where i'm unknown . So the logic here is you are a higher risk you have to much debt so we are charging you more !!!! So who is the real loser here. And it is not that you can't grant me 100% it is because you simply won't. Additionally you expect me to put down 200k so that you have very low risk at all. At the rate i'm going with you i think my children might buy a house before i do. </p>
