standard bank moving backwards

Std Bank promised to at least consider my application for a home loan and hence i moved from FNB to the lack of STANDARDS BANK , Firstly they fail to even access my credit score on my first application , the then Prestige Banker Rashell Phiri says we should try again in 6 months , of which when i do with a new \prestige banker \" Jan louw , the same thing happens , he even had to ask for my ITC REPORT FROM ME , This bank lacks class , standards and procedure , since when do you supply your bank with you ITC REPORT , other bank managed to do all my ratings on their own and offered me a 60% home loan , i then decide to wait for my ' lack of STANDARDS BANK\" , assuming i will get a higher percentage, two weeks later no feedback , i had to chase for responses from this new prestige banker , it is unfortunate that a bank which claims to offer so much fails to even access credit scoring , i will be moving back to FNB soon "
