Standard bank... Moving backwards!

Standard bank has to be the worst bank in the history of banks. I wish there was an option to give this business a negative star rating. After waiting for 30 minutes on the line to renew my bank card I eventually speak to a consultant who I specifically tell to send my card to Westgate mall in CAPE TOWN, my card still ends up in Johannesburg! The same bull**** happened a couple of years back after they called me to upgrade to a cheque account. Clear instructions given to send my card to CAPE TOWN and it ends up in Johannesburg. This is beside all the other carp I have to go through with them on a regular basis. I had a feeling this **** would happen again hence I withdrew enough money before the end of March. Thank God I thought ahead or else I'd be stranded without any money. And don't bother trying to contact me/call me to try and restore some credibility because I am done with this circus called Standard Bank. I'm moving to a different bank.
