Standard Bank Moving Backward

Standard Bank is not moving forward anymore they are moving backward. I called Biz Direct on the 25/02/16 and requested to speak to business banker. No one has contacted me since. I have called Biz Direct on another 3 occasions requested to speak to a business banker and keep being told that a business banker will call me back but no one has come back to me. I have 4 reference numbers ***, *** , *** and ***. Think I need to do the smart thing and move over to bank that cares First National Bank.
