Standard Bank Mobile - shocking service, please refund me urgently
I made a huge mistake ordered a phone through STD BANK MOBILE and cancelled it. Have NEVER received the unit. It is 4 weeks later and STILL NO REFUND on my credit card. I have called them daily, and all recorded calls are not even attended to. I want my refund back urgently - it's a huge amount of money deducted straight away, sitting in their account.
