Standard Bank Mobile - mobile contract sales. I got a call offering me a mobile contract and when I kindly declined and asked for my details to be forwarded to the Sim cards department the sales agent rudely hanged up cause I didn`t want to take out a mobile contract which is not now I am not even sure as to whether I would receive a call from the sim card department but the manner in which the sales call was conducted is shocking didn`t expect that level of service from Standard Bank the agent should have conducted herself in a professional manner I am not her personal friend as I am already an existing client and such service received makes me question whether I am banking with the right bank. I received the call around 08:47 from *** on my cell number forgot the sales agent name.
