Standard Bank Mobile is *****ing my Money

Sometime back, I took out a sim card contract which provides airtime to the value of +/-R45 with Standard Bank Mobile Service. I hardly made use of the sim card-which was confirmed by the Consultant who I spoke to at Standard Bank mobile ;through a call made in a Standard Bank Branch today. (When making cancallation of the service which I hardly utelized). The consultant confirmed that the sim card had been deactivated -but could not cancel the debit order which was going off for the past +/-14 odd months. Consultant informed me to write an email to ***. When the contract had been taken out it was done verbally(telephonically) ,but because I was cancelling the debit order I am given the round about(told to write an email). When it is convenient for the Bank to have a person tie himself down to the deal being offered by the Bank ,no emails are required. When you cancel ,an email is required. What about the person who is ilitrate nor has the ability to access the tools to respond to the "Standard Bank Mobile" requirements of proving a email when doing a cancallation. Why was it not outlined to me in the first instance-that one needs to be litrate before taking out the contract ,becuase presumably you will face challenges when you make a cancallation of a agreement with Standard Bank Mobile. Who is Standard bank mobile intending to target with their products offered to customers .I am now faced with a R45 rand being taken from my bank account against my consent. I dont want the Bank to take my money but they claim I must write a email about my money. I am 18 odd years a client with Standard Bank and this is the type of service a person is expected to receive from a bank .Shame on you "Standard Bank". Time will tell your story Standard Bank.
