Standard Bank Mobile Deactivating My Sim Card Wrongly

Good Day,

Standard Bank Mobile barred my number and deactivated my Sim Card saying i haven't paid them an amount which I told them to debit on my account.

5 days Ago my number was barred and my cellphone is written Emergency only and this is thier fault. I did a sim swap from Cell C to Standard Bank cause i thought they had a great offer to only find out they were a **** and they do not know how how it works in the Mobile Service world. 2 Months on the contract i did phone them prior to them blocking my line in two occasions because they failed to debit a R39 from my account to me which sounded weired cause they were my bank and i saw no reason this could be possinle. I than phoned and spoke to a consultant who re-directed my call to a manager in charge to explain this to me and they did open my line on two different occasions cause thier system was faulty and they said they will try again. This went on and once again happened again 10 months ago the same thing happened which ended on them re-opening my line once more.

Today i noticed i people were saying they can not reach me on my mobile which made me phone Cell C and ask why to only get to know my sim card is still under Standard Bank and they are the ones thta blocked my line and deactived my number .

I spent a good 40 minutes waiting on a line raging with anger cause i am paying for so much for this call to be told i am rude and good bye by a person who i was speaking too.

This is really unacceptable for standard bank to close my line withouth them consulting me and telling me in advance cause i dont know anything about this alligations of me missing payements.

Please advice on what to do . If taking them to court is another way to best fix this please do advice cause i cannot let this slide.
