Standard Bank mistreating their customers

We all know that its Covid time. But Standard bank has taken their levels of non service to a extreme low point. Customers are made to wait on average 4 hours outside in the parking lot, no chairs no nothing. This is the case with Vereeniging and Meyerton branches. I had to endure this treatment twice and really think they should rethink their strategy. Old people, people with operations done, have to stand in the cold weather (and now hot weather) outside????????? Ive seen a post on facebook now about Meyerton doing the same with their custormers. How could you.
