Standard bank meyerton Pathetic

Been to Standerd Bank on 2 different occasions on a Saturday. Waited hour and a half to talk to a consultant. With eventually no help. Today again on 6th Aug here at Meyerton branch ....low and behold only 2 consultants again and waiting for help....pathetic, pathetic.......surly you can afford more staff. Every month you deduct R69 rand ,sorry *****ing R69 from my account without any explanation.........
