Standard bank messed up, now I must fix it

Access bond blocked for a Standard bank error, been struggling for days to get it unblocked. Been to Standard bank Cresta, no joy, keep getting told they are waiting repost se or awaiting someone else to intervene. I need this attended to urgently. Service is shocking, glad we moved out accounts to another bank. Can't deal with this !!!
